This appliance includes 24 1/6 poly pans, arranged in a mega top configuration, ideal for accommodating a variety of ingredients for sandwiches and salads. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system operates within a precise temperature range of 33°F to 40°F, managed by a digital temperature control system. The unit is equipped with two solid hinged self-closing doors and comes with two adjustable shelves for customizable storage solutions. A 10" poly cutting board enhances functionality, making food preparation more efficient. For reliability and energy efficiency, it uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/5 HP compressor.
