The BKI PPI Platinum Pro Program Installation is a comprehensive service designed to streamline the installation process for your equipment. This program includes obtaining the shipping address of the Service Agent (ASA) from Technical Service. The equipment is shipped to the ASA and stored for up to three weeks until the site is ready. The ASA conducts a site survey to ensure all requirements for a seamless installation are met, documenting any anomalies for the customer to address. Additional charges may apply for non-compliance issues. The ASA handles equipment delivery, uncrating, stacking, assembly, and placement. They also remove and dispose of all shipping materials, though removal of existing equipment is not included. The program excludes installation of a water treatment system. The ASA connects the gas, power, and water hoses to appropriate connections, performs a Factory Start Up, completes the Start Up Form, and notifies BKI of completion. BKI then schedules a site demo. Pricing is based on man hours and mileage, with travel fees for journeys beyond 50 miles. Installation must be ordered with equipment purchase, and all pricing assumes ground floor installation with a minimum of 45” clearance. Additional man hours are invoiced separately if needed.
