The Cambro PCUHH615 Pro Cart Ultra™ Hot Food Pan Carrier is an electric, front-loading unit engineered for efficiency in commercial kitchens. It accommodates an impressive range of containers: 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, 32 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, 32 GN 1/1 food pans with a depth of 2-1/2", 16 trays sized 15-3/4" x 23-1/2", and 16 pizza boxes measuring 16" x 16" x 2". This carrier features two gasket-free magnetic quick-close doors, ensuring easy access and secure closure. Equipped with 4" nylon latches and molded-in handles, it offers durability and ease of use. Its menu pocket, solar digital thermometer, and 5 pairs of stainless steel Universal rails with spacing options of 3" and 1-1/2" enhance the functionality for various food service operations. The external design is crafted from charcoal gray polyethylene and includes a perimeter bumper for added protection. Mobility is ensured with four 6" x 2" heavy-duty casters, two of which are swivel casters with brakes.
