This unit operates in both wet and dry modes, featuring three 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each equipped with individual infinite controls to ensure precise temperature management. The inclusion of a drain manifold with a valve enhances ease of use and maintenance. Constructed with 430 stainless steel, the table is built for durability and longevity, suitable for high-demand environments. An open front design allows for easy access, and the end panel push bar on the right facilitates mobility. The table includes a removable poly cutting board and a stainless steel dish shelf, providing additional functionality.
