The Metro C519-HFC-UA C5™ 1 Series Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, full-height unit designed to meet the diverse needs of the food service industry. This non-insulated cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door, allowing for easy visibility of contents. It is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat capable of reaching temperatures up to 190°F, providing precise temperature control for optimal food preservation. The cabinet's universal wire slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments and accommodate pans with dimensions of either 18" x 26" or 12" x 20" x 2 1/2", with a total capacity of 18 larger pans or 34 smaller pans. Enhanced mobility is ensured with 5" casters, two of which include brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph electrical specifications, drawing 2000 watts and 16 amps, and uses a NEMA 5-20P plug.
