With its robust construction, this cabinet features insulated Dutch clear polycarbonate doors, which provide excellent visibility and temperature retention. The removable bottom mount control module, with a thermostat adjustable to 200°F, ensures precise control over heating and proofing conditions, making it ideal for bakeries and restaurants requiring temperature-sensitive storage. The cabinet accommodates up to thirty-five 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, offering ample storage capacity. Designed for mobility, it is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for added stability. This durable cabinet is constructed from aluminum, operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. Its electrical specifications include a NEMA 5-20P plug.
