With a substantial width of 93 inches and a total capacity of 26.0 cubic feet, this unit is designed to accommodate various food preparation needs. It features a side mount self-contained refrigeration system that efficiently maintains temperatures between +33° to +41°F. The table is capable of holding up to twelve 1/3 size pans, although these are not included. Equipped with three solid hinged doors and three shelves, this prep table ensures organized storage and easy access to ingredients. The 19-1/2-inch deep cutting board provides ample space for food preparation tasks. The digital controller and display offer precise temperature management, while the forced air cooling system ensures uniform cooling throughout. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior, the unit is both durable and easy to clean. It includes five 6-inch casters, with two that lock for stability.
