The TurboChef SOTA-TOUCH CONTROL I1-9500-801 Sota™ Convection/Microwave Oven is an advanced rapid cook appliance, combining convection and microwave technology to deliver high-speed cooking in a compact unit measuring just 16 inches wide. Its one-touch controls and smart voltage sensor technology (exclusive to the US) make operation intuitive and efficient. The ventless, countertop design features an insulated cook chamber and an internal catalytic converter, ensuring safety and convenience in diverse commercial settings. Capable of storing up to 256 recipes, this oven caters to a wide range of culinary requirements. It includes a multi-speed convection blower, a pull-down door with an ergonomic handle, and removable components like the rack and bottom jetplate for ease of cleaning. The package comes complete with two solid aluminum pans, an aluminum paddle, a standard rack, and a TurboChef Cleaner and Guard Starter Kit, which includes a cleaner packet, a 24oz bottle, a Guard bottle, and two foamer triggers. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and a powder-coated, corrosion-resistant steel outer wrap and door, it stands on 4-inch legs.
