Featuring three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells crafted from 20 gauge stainless steel, this unit ensures durability and optimal heat retention, operating exclusively with wet heat to preserve food quality. The overall dimensions are 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, with a required cutout size of 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D and a 7/8" corner radius. Each well is equipped with its own thermostatic control, conveniently mounted on a panel with a power indicator light for precise heat management. The unit's drip-free flange and a 1" copper manifold drain, complete with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff, streamline maintenance and operation. Constructed with an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a galvanized exterior housing, the unit includes positioning clips for secure installation. With a power capacity of 3000 watts and an operating voltage of 208-240v/60/1-ph at 10.8-12.5 amps, it comes with a cord and NEMA 6-20P plug.
