The Vollrath 3647650HD Hot Food Well Unit Drop-In Electric is a high-performance kitchen appliance designed for efficient food warming in commercial settings. Featuring six individual wells, each measuring 12" x 20", this unit is crafted from 20 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosive environments. The dimensions of the unit are 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H overall, suitable for a wet operation only. Each well is insulated and controlled via individual infinite controls mounted on a panel with a cord, which includes a power indicator light for operational convenience. The drip-free flange design and 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs, along with a manifold shutoff, contribute to efficient use and maintenance. The top is made of 18 gauge stainless steel, complemented by a stainless steel exterior housing. For added stability during installation, positioning clips are included. The device operates at 3750 watts with a 240v/60/1-ph power requirement and draws 15.6 amps, utilizing a cord with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
