Each of the four wells is manually controlled and powered by 525 watts, offering precise temperature management for different culinary applications. The unit is equipped with a buffet-style breath guard, enhancing both service convenience and hygiene. The enclosed base with sliding doors offers ample storage space, making it a practical choice for busy service areas. For seamless mobility, it is fitted with four 4-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability.
