The AccuTemp E3/E62081D060 DBL is a versatile convection steamer designed for superior cooking performance and efficiency, featuring the innovative Steam Vector Technology. This model includes two compartments for optimal cooking flexibility: one accommodating 3 pans and the other 6 pans, each capable of holding 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans. Uniquely, this connectionless Evolution™ boilerless system does not require water and drain connections, which eliminates concerns over water quality affecting the warranty and negates the need for water filtration. With a power output of 6kw and operating on (2) 208v/60/1-ph electrical connections, it is equipped with (2) 5' cords and NEMA L15-30P plug types. This steamer is not only made in the USA but also carries cULus and UL EPH classifications, ensuring quality and safety standards. As an ENERGY STAR® certified product, it is energy-efficient, reducing operational costs.
