It operates within a broad temperature range of 200°F to 520°F (95°C-270°C), ensuring diverse cooking possibilities. The oven supports stackable installation for efficient space utilization and features a 4-stage cooking process. With 11 power levels and over 1200 menu settings, it offers extensive customization for various cooking needs. The 7" True-Touch™ HD touchscreen display enhances user interaction, while USB port, wifi, and ethernet connectivity ensure seamless integration into modern kitchens. The catalytic converter filters grease-laden air and vapors, allowing for ventless operation. The unit includes three removable filters with a clean filter reminder, making maintenance straightforward.
