It features a rear mount self-contained refrigeration system with a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, controlled by a digital temperature controller with an easy-to-read LED display. The prep table includes two adjustable plastic coated wire shelves and an insulated hinged lid for enhanced energy efficiency. Additional features include a 10-1/2" deep x 3/4" thick polyethylene cutting board for convenient food preparation, and two self-closing doors with recessed handles for ease of access. The unit's interior is crafted from painted aluminum, while its exterior is constructed from durable 430 stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting performance.
