The top is crafted from 14-gauge/304 stainless steel, renowned for its robustness and resistance to corrosion, making it ideal for both food service and industrial environments. Additionally, it features four stainless steel box channels, enhancing stability and supporting heavy-duty use. A 10-inch backsplash with a 2-inch return is integrated to prevent spills and debris from reaching the wall, ensuring a clean workspace. The front and sides boast marine edges, strategically designed to contain liquids. The underside is sound deadened, minimizing noise during operation. The table is supported by 16-gauge galvanized steel legs, complemented by side and rear cross bracing for extra support, and adjustable plastic feet for level placement on uneven surfaces.
