The AERO Manufacturing 2SDI-R-120 Aerospec™ Soiled Dishtable Island Design effectively caters to the needs of commercial kitchens requiring efficient and sanitary dish handling solutions. This product features a 60" machine-to-corner integration and extends 120" from corner to end, making it a practical choice for spaces that prioritize workflow. With a 30" working depth and standing at 43" high, it accommodates right-to-left operations, optimizing the dishwashing process. The table is constructed with a 14/304 stainless steel top, known for its strength and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for high-volume use. The 10" high backsplash, with a 2" sanitary return, prevents water spillage and ensures cleanliness. It includes 8" OC splash mount faucet holes for easy installation of compatible faucets, and a pre-rinse sink measuring 20" wide, 20" front-to-back, and 5" deep, enhancing pre-cleaning efficiency. Supporting the robust structure are fully welded stainless steel gussets and 16/304 stainless steel legs with side cross bracing, which provide stability. Additionally, adjustable stainless steel feet allow for leveling on uneven floors. The Aero Hemmed Safety Edge™ adds a safety aspect by reducing sharp edges. This unit is NSF certified, meeting the standards for public health protection, and is provided in KD (knockdown) form for straightforward assembly.
