This island-style dishtable is ideally designed for handling soiled dishes in commercial kitchen environments, offering a transition from a 60" machine to corner and extending 72" from corner to end. It features a substantial working depth of 30" and a height of 40", supporting left-to-right operation which is conducive to streamlined workflow in busy kitchen settings. The table is constructed with a top made from durable 16-gauge, 304 stainless steel, known for its strength and resistance to corrosion. Its 7" high backsplash with a 2" sanitary return ensures cleanliness, while the 8" OC splash mount faucet holes accommodate suitable plumbing fixtures. The 20" wide by 20" front-to-back by 5" deep fabricated pre-rinse sink is perfect for preliminary dish cleaning.
