This island design features a robust 60" machine to corner dimension and a spacious 120" corner to end length, providing ample space for seamless workflow in any commercial kitchen setting. It boasts a substantial 30" working depth and stands at 40" in height, tailored for left-to-right operation to enhance ergonomic use. Crafted from premium 16/304 stainless steel, the top surface is durable and easy to maintain. A 7" high backsplash with a 2" sanitary return ensures cleanliness and prevents water spillage. The dishtable is equipped with 8" on-center splash mount faucet holes, facilitating easy installation of faucets. A 20" wide x 20" front-to-back x 5" deep fabricated pre-rinse sink is included, optimizing pre-cleaning tasks. Complementing the design is a 120"W x 12"D landing shelf for additional utility.
