The top of the work table is constructed from 16/304 stainless steel, reinforced with two galvanized steel box channels for enhanced durability. It is equipped with a 2-3/4-inch high backsplash to prevent spills and maintain cleanliness. The sound deadened underside minimizes noise, making it suitable for busy environments. The cabinet base includes two 18-gauge galvanized steel hinged doors, each with integral handles and stainless steel piano hinges for robust operation. The body and undershelf of the cabinet are also made from 18-gauge galvanized steel, while the legs are constructed from 16-gauge galvanized steel, featuring adjustable plastic feet for stability on uneven surfaces. The Aero Hemmed Safety Edge® ensures smooth and safe handling. This unit is shipped KD (knocked down) for convenience and is NSF certified, assuring compliance with health and safety standards.
