The tabletop is constructed from 16/430 stainless steel, reinforced with three galvanized steel box channels for enhanced durability and stability. It features a 2-3/4 inch high backsplash and a sound-deadened underside to minimize noise during operation. The cabinet base includes two 18-gauge galvanized steel sliding doors, equipped with integral handles and nylon roller bearing sheaves for smooth operation. The cabinet body and undershelf are also made of 18-gauge galvanized steel, providing ample storage and support. The table is supported by 16-gauge galvanized steel legs with adjustable plastic feet, ensuring stability on uneven surfaces.
