The top is constructed from 16-gauge 430 stainless steel, reinforced with three galvanized steel box channels, ensuring excellent durability and support. It includes a 2-3/4 inch high backsplash and a sound-deadened underside to minimize noise during operations. The cabinet is equipped with two 18-gauge galvanized steel sliding doors, complete with integral handles and nylon roller bearing sheaves for smooth accessibility. The body of the cabinet and undershelf are also made from 18-gauge galvanized steel, contributing to its robust construction.
