The Alluserv ST2D2T36 Stealth™ Series Tray Delivery Cart is a non-insulated, double compartment unit designed to enhance efficiency in food service operations. It accommodates either 36 trays of 15" x 20" or 14" x 18", offering flexibility for various meal service configurations. This cart is equipped with a reinforced door featuring a magnetic pivot latch and lift-off hinges, allowing the door to swing open to a full 270°, facilitating easy access. Noise-reducing end panels with vents contribute to a quieter operation, while the 1-piece ledge panel design with friction cam ledge mounts ensures a secure fit for trays.
