The Alto-Shaam 500-TH_120/60/1 Halo Heat® Cook & Hold Oven is an electric, low-temperature cooking solution renowned for its precise and gentle cooking process, making it indispensable in commercial kitchens. With a capacity to accommodate up to 40 lbs., this oven supports five full-size pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", making it efficient for high-volume food preparation. Featuring the SureTemp heat recovery system, it ensures consistent temperature maintenance, enhancing cooking quality. Users have the choice between simple or deluxe control options, complemented by a probe for precise cooking and the ability to save programmable recipes for consistency in repeated use. To maximize space, the oven includes two stainless steel side racks with 11 adjustable pan positions at 1-3/8" intervals. The unit is equipped with an exterior drip tray with a removable pan for convenience and easy cleaning. Mobility and stability are provided by 3-1/2" casters, with two rigid and two swivel with brakes.
