A dual-zone heated base with adjustable thermostats ensures precise temperature control across its interior, catering to varied food storage needs. It offers flexibility in capacity, supporting (5) full and (5) 1/3 size pans or (3) sheet pans, with a specific 21-5/8" x 36-3/8" x 2" self-serve pan insert on the customer right for easy access. The display case’s construction includes bronzed glass sliding rear doors for efficient service operations and a stainless steel exterior for durability. An additional 10" x 60" rear work shelf provides extra space for preparation or storage, supported by 4" legs for elevation.
