The chiller is equipped with a user-friendly touch control panel offering 20 preset menu options, along with three product temperature probes to ensure precise chilling processes. It supports quick freeze, soft-chill, hard-chill, and holding modes, providing versatile solutions for different chilling needs. Additionally, the automatic defrost cycle maintains optimal performance. The unit is constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, enhancing its longevity and ease of maintenance. It includes a roll-in pan cart with 20 non-tilt pan support rails, offering 22-13/16" horizontal width and 2-9/16" vertical spacing between rails, along with ten stainless steel shelves, a removable drip tray, and a cart handle. Standing on four adjustable legs, which are not installed at the factory, this chiller meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
