American Metalcraft BSPP8 Paella Black Steel Pan
The pan is 8" in diameter and 9.5" including handles. Cooking surface is just a hair under 5.75" in diameter. I used it right away. I love the size. It's light and heats beautifully. The only problem is that one of the handles was not sanded enough and felt sharp on the fingers. We had to carefully sand it down. Hence NO 5 Star! So the quality control should be better. Overall a great pan.
