This appliance features a remote refrigeration system and can accommodate one mobile rack (not included), capable of holding either twenty 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans or ten 18" x 26" pans, catering to high-volume foodservice operations. Its blast chill capacity is 200 lbs., reducing temperatures from 160°F to 38°F within 90 minutes, while its freeze capacity is 120 lbs., lowering temperatures from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. This model incorporates a solid-state electronic control panel, complete with a VFD display and alarms, ensuring precise temperature control and monitoring. It includes one heated food probe, contributing to its advanced functionality. Operating on 208v/60/1 with 8.0 amps and requiring a 15 amp circuit, this robust unit supports efficient kitchen workflows.
