The American Panel AP20BCF200-3-RHH HURRiCHiLL™ Blast Chiller/Shock Freezer Roll-in is a highly specialized piece of equipment designed for commercial kitchens requiring rapid cooling capabilities. This unit is equipped with self-contained refrigeration and is capable of accommodating a mobile rack (not included) that holds either 20 pans of 12" x 20" x 2.5" or 10 pans of 18" x 26" size, although pans are not included. The chiller/freezer can efficiently bring 200 lbs. of food from 160°F to 38°F within 90 minutes and can freeze 120 lbs. from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. This performance is supported by a robust 2-1/2 HP motor requiring a 208v/60/3 electrical connection field wired to a 30 amp circuit. User interaction is simplified with a 7" LCD touch screen controller that features Quick Start and A La Carte functionality, as well as a heated food probe for precision. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the unit is UL EPH CLASSIFIED, ANSI/NSF, and cUL certified, ensuring it meets strict sanitation and safety standards. Note that this model is right-hand hinged, which may affect lead times.
