It features 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation, delivering an impressive R-29 rating for cooler applications and R-32 for freezer settings, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency. The interior and exterior surfaces are constructed with 26-gauge stucco embossed, corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume, enhancing durability and ease of maintenance. The NSF-rated aluminum floor accommodates up to 600 lbs. per square foot of uniformly distributed load, making it suitable for storing heavy and bulky items. A flush, self-closing door with super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges and a door closer ensures ease of access and secure closure. The cooler is equipped with a digital LED thermometer and pilot light switch for precise temperature monitoring.
