Featuring a robust 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation, it provides an R-29 rating for coolers and an R-32 for freezers, ensuring superior thermal performance. The exterior and interior surfaces are crafted from 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume, enhancing durability and longevity. This unit includes an NSF-certified aluminum floor, capable of supporting a uniformly distributed load of 600 lbs per square foot. The freezer is fitted with a flush self-closing door, supplemented by super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges and a door closer for enhanced security and energy efficiency. A digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch is included for precise temperature monitoring.
