The freezer, featuring an NSF aluminum floor, supports a load of 600 lbs./sq. ft. uniformly distributed, while the cooler compartment, without a floor, is equipped with an NSF vinyl screed. This unit provides superior insulation with 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 panels, delivering an R-29 rating for the cooler and R-32 for the freezer, ensuring efficient temperature control. The interior and exterior surfaces boast a 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic coated Acrylume®, enhancing durability against wear and tear.
