Measuring 5'-10 5/8" W x 13'-8 3/8" L x 7'-7" H, this walk-in unit features two distinct compartments: a freezer section at 5'-10 5/8" W x 5' L and a cooler section at 5'-10 5/8" W x 8'-8 3/8" L. Both compartments are constructed with 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation, offering an impressive R-29 for coolers and R-32 for freezers, ensuring optimal temperature retention and energy efficiency. The walk-in is equipped with a durable NSF aluminum floor, rated to withstand 600 lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load, making it suitable for heavy-duty use. The exterior and interior surfaces boast a 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic coated Acrylume®. Convenience and security are enhanced by a flush self-closing door with a deadbolt handle, super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges, and a door closer.
