Measuring 6'-7 5/8" in width, 9'-9 1/4" in length, and 7'-7" in height, this walk-in offers ample space divided into two distinct compartments: a freezer and a cooler, each with an exterior size of 6'-7 5/8" W x 4'-10 5/8" L. It features a sturdy NSF aluminum floor that can withstand a uniform load of 600 lbs./sq. ft. Insulation is provided by 4" thick AK-XPS4 panels, yielding an R-29 rating for coolers and R-32 for freezers, backed by a 50-year R-value warranty. All interior and exterior surfaces are protected by 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic coated Acrylume®. The walk-in is equipped with a flush self-closing door featuring a deadbolt handle, super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges, and a door closer for enhanced security and efficiency. Both compartments are fitted with prewired vapor-proof light fixtures and a digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch.
