Measuring 7'-10" wide, 9'-9 1/4" long, and 7'-7" high, this walk-in unit comprises two compartments: a freezer and a cooler, each 7'-10" wide and 4'-10 5/8" long. The unit features a NSF aluminum floor capable of supporting up to 600 lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load, ensuring strength and reliability. Its 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation provides an R-29 thermal resistance for coolers and R-32 for freezers, with a 50-year R-value warranty, ensuring long-term energy efficiency. The unit's exterior and interior surfaces are coated with 26-gauge stucco embossed, corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume®.
