Measuring 7'-10" W x 11'-9 1/4" L x 7'-7" H, this versatile unit features separate freezer and cooler compartments, each designed for optimal performance. The freezer, sized at 7'-10" W x 5'-10 5/8" L, includes an NSF aluminum floor engineered to support 600 lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load. The cooler compartment matches these dimensions and is constructed without a floor, featuring an NSF vinyl screed instead. Both compartments are insulated with 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation, providing an R-29 rating for coolers and R-32 for freezers, and backed by a 50-year R-value warranty. The exterior and interior surfaces are coated with 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume®, ensuring longevity and resilience.
