This unit measures 7'-10" W x 17'-7 1/2" L x 7'-7" H, with distinct compartments for freezer and cooler needs. The freezer exterior is sized at 7'-10" W x 9'-9 3/4" L and features an NSF aluminum floor, capable of supporting 600 lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load, while the cooler compartment is without a floor, utilizing an NSF vinyl screed for stability. The cooler's 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation offers an R-29 value, with the freezer rated at R-32, both backed by a 50-year R-value warranty. Constructed with 26-gauge stucco embossed acrylic-coated Acrylume® on all surfaces, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The walk-in cooler features a flush self-closing door with super cam-rise spring assisted hinges and door closer, enhancing energy efficiency.
