With dimensions of 8'-7 5/8" W x 11'-9 1/4" L x 7'-7" H, this unit provides ample space and is engineered for durability and functionality. The cooler compartment is designed without a floor, featuring an NSF vinyl screed, while the freezer compartment includes an NSF aluminum floor rated to support a 600 lbs./sq. ft. uniformly distributed load. This walk-in cooler and freezer is equipped with 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation, delivering an R-29 rating for the cooler and R-32 for the freezer, ensuring optimal thermal performance with a 50-year R-value warranty. Both compartments are lined with 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume® on all interior and exterior surfaces. The unit includes a flush self-closing door, a digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch, and is fitted with super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges and a door closer for enhanced usability.
