This robust unit boasts an overall dimension of 8'-7 5/8" W x 12'-11 3/8" L x 7'-7" H, divided into two distinct compartments: a freezer section measuring 8'-7 5/8" W x 4' L and a cooler section measuring 8'-7 5/8" W x 8'-11 3/8" L. The freezer is equipped with an NSF aluminum floor, capable of handling up to 600 Lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load, while the cooler is designed without a floor but includes an NSF vinyl screed. Both compartments feature 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation, achieving R-29 for coolers and R-32 for freezers, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency. The structure is fortified with 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume® on all surfaces. The unit comes with flush self-closing doors, super cam-rise spring assisted hinges, and a door closer for easy access.
