Measuring 9'-9 3/4" W x 9'-9 1/4" L x 7'-7" H, this walk-in features two distinct compartments: a 4' L freezer and a 5'-9 1/4" L cooler. Both compartments are equipped with an NSF aluminum floor, supporting up to 600 lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load. The 4” thick AK-XPS4 insulation provides superior thermal resistance, with an R-29 rating for coolers and R-32 for freezers, all backed by a 50-year R-value warranty. The unit's interior and exterior surfaces boast 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic coated Acrylume® for durability. Enhancing operational efficiency, the walk-in includes a flush self-closing door with super cam-rise spring assisted hinges and a door closer.
