This unit features dimensions of 9'-9 3/4" width x 10'-11 5/8" length x 7'-7" height, with two distinct compartments: a freezer with an exterior of 9'-9 3/4" width x 4' length and a cooler with an exterior of 9'-9 3/4" width x 6'-11 5/8" length. The NSF-rated aluminum floor supports a load of 600 lbs./sq. ft., ensuring structural integrity and reliability. Insulation is provided by 4" thick AK-XPS4 panels, offering an R-29 value for coolers and an R-32 value for freezers, backed by a 50-year R-value warranty. The structure is protected with 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume® on all interior and exterior surfaces. The walk-in features a flush self-closing door with a deadbolt handle, digital LED thermometer with pilot light switch, and super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges along with a door closer.
