Measuring 9'-9 3/4" W x 11'-9 1/4" L x 7'-7" H, this unit is divided into two distinct compartments; the freezer section and the cooler section share identical external dimensions of 9'-9 3/4" W x 5'-10 5/8" L. The freezer is equipped with an NSF aluminum floor, supporting a load of 600 lbs./sq. ft., while the cooler is designed without a floor but includes an NSF vinyl screed. Both compartments feature 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation, delivering R-29 for cooling and R-32 for freezing, ensuring superior thermal efficiency backed by a 50-year R-value warranty. Durability is enhanced by 26 gauge stucco embossed Acrylume® coating on all interior and exterior surfaces, providing corrosion resistance.
