This versatile structure features dimensions of 9'-9 3/4" W x 12'-11 3/8" L x 7'-7" H, providing ample space for various storage needs. The freezer compartment, measuring 9'-9 3/4" W x 5' L, is equipped with an NSF aluminum floor capable of supporting 600 lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load. Meanwhile, the cooler section, sized at 9'-9 3/4" W x 7'-11 3/8" L, is designed without a floor, complemented by an NSF vinyl screed. Both compartments boast 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation, ensuring R-29 for coolers and R-32 for freezers, backed by a 50-year R-value warranty. The build includes a 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume® finish on all surfaces, enhancing durability. Additional features include flush self-closing doors, digital LED thermometers with pilot light switches, and super cam-rise spring assisted hinges and door closers.
