Measuring 9'-9 3/4" W x 14'-10 3/4" L x 7'-7" H, this walk-in unit is divided into a freezer and cooler compartment, with dimensions of 9'-9 3/4" W x 5' L for the freezer, and 9'-9 3/4" W x 9'-10 3/4" L for the cooler. It boasts a durable NSF aluminum floor, capable of supporting up to 600 Lbs./sq. ft. of evenly distributed weight. The 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation ensures superior thermal resistance, rated at R-29 for coolers and R-32 for freezers, with a 50-year R-value warranty. Its construction features 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic coated Acrylume® on both interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring longevity. The unit is equipped with a flush self-closing door, digital LED thermometer with pilot light switch, and super cam-rise spring assisted hinges with door closer for ease of use.
