The Amerikooler DW101677F-4/12-RM Indoor Two Compartment Walk-In With Floor is an advanced refrigeration solution engineered for rigorous commercial environments. Measuring 9'-9 3/4" in width, 15'-8 3/8" in length, and 7'-7" in height, it features two distinct compartments: a freezer with a width of 9'-9 3/4" and a length of 4', and a cooler with a width of 9'-9 3/4" and a length of 11'-8 3/8". The unit includes an NSF-rated aluminum floor capable of supporting up to 600 lbs./sq. ft of uniformly distributed load. Its robust 4" AK-XPS4 insulation ensures an R-29 rating for the cooler and an R-32 rating for the freezer, promising optimal thermal efficiency. This insulation comes with a 50-year R-value warranty. Both interior and exterior surfaces are coated with 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume®. Additional features include a flush self-closing door, a digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch, and super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges with a door closer. The unit is equipped with prewired vapor-proof light fixtures in both compartments, ensuring operational convenience.
