With dimensions of 9'-9 3/4" W x 16'-10 1/2" L x 7'-7" H, the unit includes a freezer section measuring 9'-9 3/4" W x 6' L and a cooler section measuring 9'-9 3/4" W x 10'-10 1/2" L. The walk-in features an NSF aluminum floor capable of supporting 600 Lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load, ensuring durability and strength. Its 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation provides an R-29 rating for coolers and R-32 for freezers, and it comes with a 50-year R-value warranty, highlighting its superior thermal performance. The unit is constructed with 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume® on both interior and exterior surfaces. It includes a flush self-closing door system with super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges and a door closer. The digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch enhances ease of monitoring.
