The Amerikooler DW101877F-5/13-RM Indoor Two Compartment Walk-In With Floor is a highly versatile refrigeration solution, offering expansive storage capabilities within its two distinct compartments. The overall dimensions of this unit are 9'-9 3/4" wide, 17'-7 1/2" long, and 7'-7" high, with the freezer occupying 9'-9 3/4" wide by 5' long and the cooler extending to 9'-9 3/4" wide by 12'-7 1/2" long. This walk-in is designed to accommodate a robust load with its NSF aluminum floor rated at 600 lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load. The 4-inch thick AK-XPS4 insulation provides an impressive R-29 for coolers and R-32 for freezers, complemented by a 50-year R-value warranty. The 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume® finish is applied to all interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring durability and longevity. The unit features flush self-closing doors and is equipped with digital LED thermometers and pilot light switches for accurate temperature monitoring. Additional components include super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges and door closers, as well as prewired vapor-proof light fixtures in both compartments.
