This unit features two distinct compartments: a 9'-9 3/4" wide by 4' long freezer with a robust NSF aluminum floor rated at 600 lbs./sq. ft. of evenly distributed load, and a cooler section measuring 9'-9 3/4" wide by 13'-7 1/2" long, which is equipped with an NSF vinyl screed for seamless integration with existing flooring. The unit is constructed with 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation, providing an impressive R-29 for coolers and R-32 for freezers, supported by a 50-year R-value warranty. Both compartments feature 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic-coated Acrylume® on all interior and exterior surfaces.
