This unit measures 9'-9 3/4" W x 18'-9 7/8" L x 7'-7" H, featuring a strategically divided space with a freezer and cooler. The freezer segment occupies 9'-9 3/4" W x 7' L of the exterior, while the cooler extends 9'-9 3/4" W x 11'-9 7/8" L. With a robust NSF aluminum floor, it can support up to 600 Lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load. The 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation ensures optimal thermal efficiency, boasting an R-29 rating for coolers and R-32 for freezers, backed by a 50-Year R-value warranty. The structure is clad in 26 gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic coated Acrylume® on all surfaces.
