The freezer compartment features an NSF aluminum floor, rated for 600 lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load, while the cooler section is designed without a floor, utilizing an NSF vinyl screed. Both compartments benefit from 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation, providing an R-29 value for coolers and R-32 for freezers, supported by a 50-year R-value warranty. The construction includes 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic coated Acrylume® on all interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring durability. Each compartment is equipped with a flush self-closing door, digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch, and super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges with door closer mechanisms.
