Measuring 9'-9 3/4" W x 19'-7 1/2" L x 7'-7" H, this unit features separate freezer and cooler compartments, each with a 9'-9 3/4" W x 9'-9 3/4" L exterior. It boasts a durable NSF aluminum floor that supports up to 600 lbs./sq. ft. of uniformly distributed load, making it suitable for various industrial applications. The 4" thick AK-XPS4 insulation provides an R-value of R-29 for coolers and R-32 for freezers, ensuring optimal energy efficiency. With a 50 Year R-value warranty, customers are assured of long-term insulation performance. The walk-in is constructed with 26-gauge stucco embossed corrosion-resistant acrylic coated Acrylume® on all interior and exterior surfaces, enhancing durability.
